Yummy Peach Smoothie

About this recipe:

This is a healthy peach smoothie recipe because it is vegan, made with fruit and contains no sugar. Besides peaches it contains dates, pineapple and bananas as well.

A tip for this recipe:

I used pineapple pieces that were already cut beforehand. So if you are going to cut your pineapple from scratch the prep time might be a little longer. However, if you’re in a hurry and don’t have pineapple pieces that are already cut, you can just eliminate them from this recipe. Or, to lessen your prep time, you can buy ready cut pineapple pieces from the grocery store.

Yummy Peach Smoothie


  • 6 small Dates
  • ½ cup Boiling Water (For Soaking)
  • 2 Peaches
  • 2 Bananas
  • ½ cup Pineapple Pieces (Optional)
  • ½ cup Cold Water (For Blending)
  • 2 tablespoons Soya Milk Powder1
  • Dash of Lemon Juice


  1. Add the dates to a blender and cover them with the boiling water. Let them soak for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Blend the dates.
  3. Cut the peaches into small pieces and add them to the blender.
  4. Cut the bananas into small pieces and add them to the blender.
  5. Add the pineapple pieces to the blender.
  6. Add the cold water, soya milk powder and lemon juice to the blender.
  7. Blend all together until it has a smooth consistency.
  8. For best results serve immediately.


1. You can use ½ cup of coconut milk instead of using soya milk and water.
