Here are some delicious oven-baked sweet potato chips (or fries), drizzled in a little bit of olive oil. Serving it with lemon juice makes it extra yummy. This recipe is very similar to my crunchy oven-baked potato chips recipe. The only difference is that it uses sweet potatoes instead of potatoes. It is very easy to make since all you have to do is to cut the sweet potatoes in fries, drizzle them in olive oil and add some spices. Then it’s the oven’s turn to do some serious work.
Tip for this recipe:
The sweet potatoes we buy are usually quite dirty…full of sand. So I have to wash them before I can do anything with them. I like to use a cleaning brush (specifically dedicated to clean food) to brush off the remaining sand/dirt. It’s very helpful I must say. So yes, don’t forget that you can brush your sweet potatoes clean.
