TUESDAY

Roasted vegetables Vegetables to oven-roast
Tossed Salad Red and yellow peppers, salad leaves, cucumber

WEDNESDAY

Bulgar Wheat & Pineapple Bulgar Wheat, Pineapple, onions
Mashed Pumpkin Any pumpkin
3 Bean Salad Kidney beans, Chickpeas, green beans, onions

THURSDAY

Creamy tomato barley Risotto Tomatoes, Barley, Soya Milk/Coconut Milk
Stir-fry Broccoli Broccoli, Onions, Sesame Seeds
Tossed Salad Red and yellow peppers, salad leaves, cucumber

FRIDAY

Eggplant Casserole Eggplant, cashews, onions
Steamed peas and corn Frozen Peas and corn
Couscous Salad Couscous, Red and yellow pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion

SATURDAY

Haystacks:

Parmesan Cheese Packet Parmesan Cheese
Crunchy chips Simba or any other crunchy chips. Chutney or cheese flavor works best
