Red Cabbage Salad Red Cabbage, carrots, cashews, raisins, sunflower seed, coconut(optional)

MONDAY

Left overs of Sunday

TUESDAY

Bulgar Wheat Bulgar Wheat
Lentil Stew Lentils, Onions, Carrots, Peppers
Sweet & sour sweet potatoes Sweet potatoes
Tossed Salad Red and yellow peppers, salad leaves, cucumber

WEDNESDAY

Mushroom Bake Mushrooms, Onions, green, red and yellow peppers
Green bean stir fry Green beans, onions
Couscous Salad Couscous, red and yellow pepper, raw red cabbage(optional), cucumber

THURSDAY

Rice Rice
Sugar bean curry Sugar beans(Cranberry beans), onions, tomatoes, green pepper
Oven-baked carrots Carrots
Tossed Salad Red and yellow peppers, salad leaves, cucumber

FRIDAY

Steamed Vegetables Frozen vegetables
Cheese sauce (Make enough for Saturday’s pizza as well) Cashews, Coconut Milk, Potatoes, Carrots
Corn puffs/patties Frozen corn
Banana and Lentil Salad Bananas, Red pepper, fresh parsley leaves, onions

SATURDAY

Homemade Pizza Pineapple, Peppers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Cheese Sauce (from Friday)
*Note that only basic ingredients are included here. General ingredients such as olive oil, cooking spray, lemon juice etc. are not included. Refer to Basic Pantry List Items (included in the download).
