Did you know that going without toothpaste is a very easy thing to do? You can just follow the tips below:
- Fill a cup half way with salt.
- Fill the rest of the cup with water.
- Dip your toothbrush into the salt water and brush.
- Rinse your toothbrush, dip into the salt water and brush again.
You can use this salty water to brush your teeth with every day. For best results replace with new salt water weekly.
