This tomato and onion sauce is by far one of my favorite sauces. This is a veganrecipe whether you are following a vegan lifestyle or not, since it doesn’t contain milk or eggs to begin with. However, what makes this sauce different is that it doesn’t contain cane sugar or vinegar. In my opinion this is a relatively easy recipe to make.
This recipe can be for both breakfast and lunch. For breakfast: You can eat the sauce over a slice of bread or over mealie meal porridge. For lunch: You can make spaghetti or rice to accompany it.
