We eat quite a large vegan breakfast which includes four kinds of fresh fruit, porridge, a variety of seeds and self-made bread. With the fruit we make a fruit salad or smoothies. For porridge we usually make something that involves oats and add a variety of seeds. We toast the bread and eat a spread and tomatoes on it or just peanut butter and jam. Note that we buy peanut butter that only contains salt and peanuts. The jam that we buy also contains no sugar.
So yes, unfortunately our breakfasts do take some time to prepare. But it truly is worth it. However, I will do my best to add some breakfast recipes that are quick to make for those of you who are very busy.
